Call guide
What can I call about?

Call about films and TV.

Some requests go through the system. Broken playback, subtitle, and audio-language reports go to Management by hand.

Mostly automated

Movies, shows, and what is coming

This is the normal lane. It can match titles, place orders, and text you when things move.

Faster
TV
Get a movie or show

Say the exact title. If it matches, staff can order it or tell you where it stands.

+
Ask if it is coming

Check if it is on Plex, downloading, or already listed in New & Soon.

Manual escalation

Broken playback, subtitles, and languages

This is a note for a person. It is not an automatic job.

Slow
!
Do not expect this soon.

Management checks manual escalations later. No download, subtitle, or audio change happens automatically.

!
Report something broken

Say the title, the season and episode if it is TV, what is wrong, and where it happens if you can.

CC
Subtitles in a language

Ask for subtitles, forced subtitles, or better captions. A person checks sources by hand.

A
Another audio language

Ask for a dub or alternate track. Management checks the current copy and options.

How to look after it
  • Hatch it. Press the glowing B or tap the egg. It hatches in about a minute. Give it a name when it does.
  • The little pictures round the screen are its tools. Press A to step through them, B to use one, C to step back. Or just tap a picture.
  • Feed it when the fork lights up red. Meals fill it up, snacks cheer it up.
  • Sweep up after it with the sweep. If it is poorly and the screen is messy, sweep first.
  • Medicine helps when it is poorly and the screen is clean.
  • Lights off at night if you are feeling kind. The bulb.
  • If it acts up, the horn: praise it or scold it. Either works. How you raise it shapes who it grows into.
  • Watching anything on Plex feeds it too. It watches with you.
  • A look-in every couple of days is plenty. It never dies. Leave it long enough and it naps; ignore real problems long enough and it moves to the popcorn machine until you press A, B, C to call it home.
